His diner has been open for 38 years now. A fact he's proud of. He'd like his daughter to take over the Diner some day, but he's not sure she wants to.

Description: Claire York is the only daughter of Ed York. She works as a waitress at his diner, something she enjoys very much. She's currently also taking classes in college. She'd like to someday turn Ed's into a franchise. She likes sports, and is a very capable cook just like her father. Claire's mom died when she was 7, so her dad is the only family that she really knows.
