Shadow Valley Police Department
Shadow Valley Police Department was founded in 1904 under orders of Mayor Edgar Wilder. The Police Force performs a variety of duties. Currently there are only 3 Police Officers on the force, including Police Chief Carerra. Though the police force is small, they're highly capable of protecting the town, and completing investigations. The police force was much bigger only a few years ago, but has shrunk in size.

Harmony Carerra
Harmony Carerra has been Chief of Police in Shadow Valley for 5 years now. Before that she was a detective, who partnered with Elric Amore. When she took over the job as Police Chief, she wasn't confident in her abilities. She has however since become more confident. She's gained much experience, and has earned the trust of most of the town.
Detectives
Electra Amore, Adam Sutton
Electra Amore and Adam Sutton are detectives in the police force in Shadow Valley. They're both Detective Rank, and are directly under Harmony Carerra. Electra has been an officer for eight years, and has been a detective for five. Adam has been an officer for nine years, and a detective for six. The two are a good team, and have helped keep the peace in Shadow Valley. Though Adam has had some complaints against him.
